Based with 25 experiences as a HVAC contractor, Comifo abandoned the old type duct auto line which occupied more than 25 meters long, then created the inline duct auto line.The construction site used air duct manufacturing machine is Comifo's brave innovation and the world's first container type auto line! It saves the manual work and transportation cost , which can move to different construction sites just by moving the container(No extra installing and testing are needed).It has gained great popularity ever since its first face show in the market in 2012.

Duct Manufacture Auto Line PRO consists of Motorized Decoiler, Straightening, Beading, Cross-tie Hole Punching, Punching Square, Notching, Flange Hole Punching, Shearing, Patented Automotion Pittsburgh Lock Forming (Shearing, Pittsburgh Lock, Right Angle Lock in one time), Duplex TDF Flange Forming, Duplex Right Angle Lock Forming (For Angle Iron), C/S Cleat Flange Forming, Coil Conveyor and TDF Folding. PLC controlled, touch screen operation. It can process different ducting of "L",  and "口" shape. 7-ton capacity of motorized decoiler,  4-ton, 8-ton or 10-ton is optional. 

The world's new designed hvac duct manufacturing machines are now available since Comifo designed the Duct Auto Line, which can be put in a 20GP container. It is small enough to fit small workshop or be taken to the construction site. Only 1 operator is required, daily production can reach 2000㎡.

With coil conveyer the length of coil conveyer is 4000mm , which limits single sheet metal plate of the duct may not longer than 4000mm. Without coil conveyer no limitation for the duct size.
