BOPP Lamination Machine is designed and developed by ourselves, as the first one in China.

The line adopts the construction of dual extruders and dual laminating rolls. It uses PP or PE as raw material, through the flow-casting method and film lamination technology, to accomplish double-sided lamination with substrates (such as plastic woven fabric, paper, etc.) in one production flow.

The line is especially suitable for using tubular woven sacks as the substrates, and producing double-sided coated tubular sacks or double-sided BOPP color-film laminated woven sacks.

PP Woven Sack Machine is characterized by simple structure and easy to operate. Compared with a single-extruder and single-die lamination line, the line can accomplish double-sided lamination with the substrate in one production flow, which improves production efficiency greatly, reduces energy consumption and labors, and guarantees products' quality.
