A. Introduction
Model 202 of electric thermostatic heated dry box applies to drying, baking, wax melting,heating in department of industries, scientific research, college and medical&health.
B. Characteristics
1.Case made of cold rolling steel with static spray coating. It is new molding and transfigure.
2.The inner is stainless steel or cold rolling steel which is treated with anti-corrosion.
3.There is glass window in the middle of the door, it is easy to observe the situation of the heated things.
4.The door is installed with high temperature resistant sealing tape. The good sealing prevents heat running out.
5.It can adopts digital or the pointer displays the inner temperature. It is easy observing and convenience reading.
6.Temperature control which has the time adjusting function and platinum sensor make up of the temperature system. It small testing discrepancy and accurate temperature controlling.
7.There is blower fan installed in the top of working room. The humidity can be drained out timely by the fan when working.
C. Working Principle
After the air in the working room is heated by the electric heater, the heated things exchange heating with the working space by the compulsive circulation of natural convection. It aims to finish baking and drying.

F. Operation Guide
1.Open the door, put the heated things on the shelf, close the door. Turn on the exhaust valve to the middle point(The valve can be adjusted conformity with the heating.)
2.Use the same voltage as the machine required, and also make the ground wire of jack to the ground safely.
3.Turn on the switch, after power indicator displays, the temperature controlling meter begins to display the inner temperature.
4. There is two heating switchs. If you need lower temperature, please turn on switch 1.If you need higher one, please turn on switch 2 at the same time.
5. Writhe the temperature knob to set the temperature. Then the dry box begins to work.(Digital types can refer to the digital meter operation guide).
6. After finishing, turn off 1 ,2 and general switch.

G. Installation and Maintenance
1.The ground or the platform should be flat.
2.There is no easy burning and explosive or corrosive things in the around.
3.The distance between the wall should be 20-30CM
4.Ventilation should be good, dust should be less, environmental humidity should be less than 85%.
5.Make sure the inner an outer of box clean and dry.
6. Do not stack things on the top of dry box.

H. Attentions
1.Do not put easy burning and explosive or corrosive things into the dry box to heat. Neither release the easy burning and explosive or corrosive and volatile things after heating.
2. The heated thingÿ®s relative humidity should be less than 85%
3. In order to the things easy airing and drying , the heated thingÿ®s area should be less than the shelfÿ®s 70%.

I. Fault Treatment

J. Storage
Make it in -20ÿ?40ÿ?shadowy and dry environment, prevent raining. Do not make it strong collide when moving.
