Szz764/200 transfer machine head and tail sprocket is the same size, mainly by end cover, sprocket shaft, sprocket, floating seal, bearing and so on. The sprocket is forged as a whole with 7 teeth, the tooth shape is machined and the tooth surface is quenched. The inner holes at both ends are involute splines, and the power is transferred to the sprocket through the output shaft of the reducer, so that the sprocket drives the scraper to run. The sprocket can be disassembled as a whole without disassembling the transmission device for easy maintenance.
