Double Jersey Interlock Circular Knitting Machine

Interlock (Inter-rib) series maximize the production of double jersey fabric in different fabric knitting pattern by the arrangement of 2 track cams on dial and 4 tracks cams on cylinder.
Rib series cover high production rib with different structure like 1x1, 2x2, 2x4, 3x3 etc.
1: These double jersey machines are abIe to run around 25 RPM but with lower decibel.
2: Biaoda Circular knitting machines are designed and manufactured by an intelligent and professional working group with the aid of CAD system and delicate machine tools.
3: The main transmission are using the design of oil bathed lubrication so as to reduce the running noise, energy loss, loading and part worn out, and enhance machine speed
4: Special design of the main gear and plate could keep the plate far away from wasted oil to ensure precious and life.
5: The central tolerance between cylinder and dial is controlled to within +/-0.03mm and the driving fears are permanently immersed into an oil bath to extend the reliability of the machine and enable high R.P.M. for high output.
6: Yarn carriers are fixed to a moveable ring to assure an easy setting.
7: different feeders per inch could increase the mass production to lower the cost. 1.8F/inch,2F/inch,2.5F/inch,2.8Fper inch, 3.2F per inch.
8: In view of the changing market with various yarn material applications. Biaoda bring up higher request on yarn feeding angle, the track of cam and material, cylinder design with concept of maximum product reliability, operating convenience and optimum economy
9: 2X4 Track, 4x4track, 2x6track, 4x6track would make the fabric pattern more wonderful with easy operation. Some small jacquard pattern design for sportswear can be created in this machine instead of mini jacquard model.
