Working principle

It has a disc in trap which is a sensor as well as actuating member. When the device starts, the cooling condensate water appears in the pipeline. The condensate water rapidly discharge depends on the working pressure push the valve disc. When condensate water discharging finished, the steam enters in the trap. The steam volume rapid expansion, caused fluctuate differential pressure of disc because velocity of flow of steam bigger than the condensate water, the valve disc rapid closed by the suction of the steam velocity of flow. When valve disc closed, the disc has two sides pressure. The stress under the disc is smaller than upper for the pressure in the steam-box originates from steam pressure and the disc close tightly. When the steam in steam §Cbox cooled down to condensate water, the pressure in steam-box disappear. Condensate water push the disc by working pressure, condensate water continues to discharge, circulation work, interrupted draining water.
