Equipment Characteristic:
》High mechanization level, low land occupation and low investment: It mainly adopts modern biological engineering technology to convert digested slurry into high valued liquid commercial fertilizer;
》High auto control level: It has developed a special auto control system to realize the intelligent management of digested slurry fertilizer production;
》High fertilizer efficiency and stability: Based on the plant growing character and the nutrition element in digested slurry, it add more nutrition into the fertilizer via compounding and emulsifying technology, therefore to enforce the fertilizer efficiency and stability.
Technical Parameters:
》Use life: Key equipments( reactors) are 20 years and subsidiary equipments (aerator, delivery pump etc.) are 10 years. Warranty period is 1year.
》Energy consumption: ≤7.52kWh/t(product).
》Effect: One tone of digested slurry could produce 1.51ton root fertilizer and 1.68ton foliar fertilizer. Both root and foliar fertilizer complies with national requirement on liquid fertilizer.
