Demagnetizer

Introduction

Demagnetizer is a device that removes the magnetic field that is built up from the use of audio cassettes in a cassette deck. It is used for ore grinding classification or fine screen operation process after the magnetic separation.

Application
The maximum field intensity of the power frequency demagnetizer is low， so the device is usually used upon the natural magnetite. Otherwise, pulse demagnetizer has high maximum field intensity, low energy consumption and good demagnetizing effect，so it is especially suitable for roasting magnetite.

Working principle
A group of tower shape coils are connected in series and sheathe the ore pulp pipeline made of non-magnetic material. The coils use 50Hz alternating current. The ore pulp access through the bigger coils part, move forward and go through the direction changes debilitated magnetic field excited by demagnetizer. The iron particles of the ore pulp are demagnetizing repeatedly and they are removed by the remanence when they outflow from the small coils part.
