DU bushing has a common structure, consisting of a steel backing bonded to a porous bronze sinter layer with filled PTFE on its surface.This type of sliding bearing is also called teflon bushing,SF-1 oilless bearing,self lubricating bearing,plain dry bushes

Structure:

1. PTFE/Pb mixture 0.01~0.03mm as sliding layer
2. Porous bronze 0.2~0.3mm
3. Steel backing 0.7~2.3mm
4. Tin-plating 0.005mm or copper plating 0.008mm

Characteristics:

Good wear and friction performance over a wide range of loads, speeds and temperature without oil
Also perform well with lubrication
Maintenance-free, long life
