DOT1L Targeted Library

We have prepared a specific DOT1L Targeted Library that is designed for the epigenetics drug discovery projects. DOT1L is a target for specific malignancies (leukemia). DOT1L inhibitors can be used for anticancer therapy. Several drugs that inhibit histone methyltransferase have been developed for anticancer therapy. Disto1L histone methyltransferase H3 methylates lysine 79 on histone H3 (H3K79), within the globular domain of histone to which DNA is directed.

The target library of OTAVAchemicals DOT1L (585 compounds) was carefully designed using a receptor approach that included docking the narcotic green collection in the active site of human DOT1L (crystal structure of the complex with FED2 inhibitor, PDB ID 4EQZ) and filtration by evaluating the value, aqueous and aqueous formed between the ligand and the key residues of the active center DOT1L.
