This kit is used for in vitro quantitative detection of the concentrations of CystatinC (Cys C) in human serum/plasma and whole blood samples.

In clinical, CystatinC (Cys C) is used to treat kidney diseases. When renal function is impaired, the concentration of CysC in the blood changes with the glomerular filtration rate.
