Cyclosizer

Cyclosizer is an analyzer used to measure and define the particle-size composition of different materials with a size of less than 74 micron as well as the grading device for continual grading of different water-fast micro-mist materials with a size of less than 74 micron. Three models of XL-1, LXF-¢õ and BXF have been developed. The available products are LXF-¢õ and BXF cyclosizers, with unique continual feeder. It can operate continually for feeding and can cut off the material channel at any time. The instrument can continually separate seven particle-sizes of products: 74-54 micron, 54-41 micron, 41-30 micron, 30-20 micron, 20-10 micron, 10-8 micron and -8 micron.
Application Status

It is applicable for analyzing and grading the micro-mist materials. It has been now widely applied in the fields of mining, metallurgy, chemical, building material, light industry, geology, coal, water resource, medicine, agriculture, industrial arts, textile and school.
