Structure description:
This series of Crucible Melting Electric Resistance Furnace, structure: the furnace shell are made of welded steel plate and steel. Lining adopt energy-saving super lightweight refractory brick masonry from beads, furnace and the furnace shell villages trapped between home silicate fiber carpets, furnace shell and silica blanket insulation powder expansive space filled. Heating elements use 0Cr25Al5 high resistance alloy wire around the spire, and is installed on the bricks which is around the furnace .around There are two rotating semicircular lid at the top of the furnace. Thermocouple insert the furnace from the side sometime. Crucible Melting Electric Resistance Furnace control its temperature automatically by control temperature control cabinet.
