Corn Syrup Solid

Corn Syrup Solid is produced with the effect of enzyme, following a series of refining process of concentration, atomizing drying, etc. until the dextrose content gets up to more than 20% of the total dry basis.
1. Because of its high ratio of dextrose, corn syrup solid is often used as sweetener, especially in low-fat foods, and improve texture.
2. Prevent the starch aging because of good moisture-keeping ability, widely used in cake / bread / bakery, and extend the shelf life.
3. Good performance on the Iodine reaction, add the product to milk powder, milk tablets and liquid milk so as to lower production costs under without affecting the quality.
4. Not easy to be colored with heating, the product can enhance soft taste. The product is widely used in coffee as the base of carbohydrates.
