Copper Polishing Machine

Copper surface polishing machine is a new type developed on the basis of Japanese copper surface polishing machine, combined with years of experience and modern intelligent numerical control technology. The polishing machine adopts automatic control, applicable to the surface copper layer polishing of the gravure engraving plate before engraving. In the control part we use a large number of operation module control, so that the operator is more convenient to use. The whole machine with fully sealed processing effectively ensures a clean working environment.
1.simple and efficient, almost all the operation could be done by touch screen man-machine interface set to run.
2.The polishing head cloth wheel is accelerated by the traditional triangle belt; the pressure is adjusted by the precise current measuring device; it could satisfy all required linear velocity and pressure for different crafts.
3.The moving of the polishing head adopts the linear ball guide rail and the sliding spiral screw drive structure to make the operation more reliable.
