Brief Introduction of Equipments: Pellets Fryer is heated with fuel gas, with structure of pure oil. While frying, the inflated food floats on the oil, so a single-layer net belt is necessary. The oil temperature is controlled by Automatic Temperature Controlling System, which could well ensure the required frying temperature. Pellets Fryer is equipped with Monitoring Unit for Oil Level. When the oil level is lower than required amount, the electromagnetically operated valve will open and pour more oil for frying.
