Conical co-rotating twin-screw plastics extruder is our company China patent of invention product( Patent No.: ZL200510118915.3). This extruer combines the advantage of conical twin-screw extruder and co-rotation twin-screw extruder. It works with high mixing and plasticization and with low power consumption. Comparing to the conical twin-screw extruder and co-rotation twin-screw extruder, the conical co-rotation twin-screw extrusion machine is able to process two times to four capacity with 50% to 70% power consumption. This machine is able to process PP, PS, PE, ABS, PC and PVC to a wide range of products including wooden plastics, pipe, plate and film as well as pelletizing.
