The Vibration System of the concrete block machineThe special design of Vibration + Double vibration motors. There are 4 special design excitation blocks in the vibration box. They could adjust to different materials with variable amplitude, it just needs 0.5~2.5 Seconds to form the concrete blocks compactness completely. The vibration box uses two frequency conversion motors (with Schneider ATV variable-frequency governor) and two pieces of transmission shafts in the vibration table. This is special design in our company.
