Zebra ix series 800077-747 ymcKO half panel ribbons consist of half sized yellow (Y), magenta (M) and cyan (C) panels for printing a full spectrum of colors by combining the colors using varying degrees of heat and the O panel is a thin, clear protective overlay. The K panel is black resin, typically used for printing text and barcodes.
Zebra ix series 800077-747 ymcKO half panel ribbons allow you to print color on up to half the length of a standard CR80-size PVC card, while resin black may be printed on any area of the card. If you're only printing full-color on part of your cards, half panel ribbons allow twice the normal ribbon yield than a standard YMCKO ribbon, at a lower cost per card.
Note: Black resin is needed to print readable barcodes.
