Cassman's Germany standard brewhouse is 2 vessels, one vessel is mash/boiling tank,another is the combined lauter and whirlpool tank at the bottom.

The advantage is the brewhouse system can accomplish the naturally lauter.

3) A Mash out manway and true Vee-Wire False Bottom for rapid and efficient cleanup.

6)Steam, Electric or Direct Fire for heating.
