Features: Co42A is a moderate hardness alloy powder, powder from melting, wetting and spray performance, high temperature, anti-gas corrosion, wear and corrosion resistance.
Uses: Suitable for high-pressure valves, combustion engine exhaust sealing surface, aircraft engines, shaft and so on.Use of oxygen - acetylene flame spray, plasma spray welding, and the valve ring vacuum melting and other processes.
Powder melting temperature: 1100℃-1200℃
Spray deposition layer hardness:HRC40-45
Powder particle size range: -60 mesh to +150 mesh (plasma), -150 mesh ~ +320 mesh (two-step), -150-400 mesh (one step) -200 mesh
