Coalbed methane drill pipe and shale gas drill pipe are tools applicable for transferring torque and tension of driller in the process of exploration and development of coalbed methane and shale gas. In addition to the construction of straight wells, this kind of drill pipe can also be used in directional wells, horizontal wells, penetrating wells. Due to the fact that it has to bear high torsion, tension, bending, friction, presser, vibration, corrosion and blowout prevention in the process of drilling construction, the requirements for production are very strict.
The raw material we select are all the alloy atructure steel which is produced by domestic and international well-known steel works like TPCO, Baosteel ,Hengyang Valin Steel and Timken. After the detection, both ends of a pipe are upsetted.
