Our company is specialized to produce high accuracy Tube sheet of various materials and sizes. We have different models of CNC machines, the biggest working platform size is 7000*4000*1500. We have two advantages for Tube sheet processing:
Can process 2000-12000 holes per working day, hole diameter tolerance +/-0.05mm, Position degree +/-0.02mm, Roughness Ra0.8um, perpendicularity +/-0.03mm.
Can process big and heavy Tube sheet of diameter 4000mm, unit weight 10m.tons/pc with any hole size.
With high efficiency and accuracy, we can guarantee positioning repeatability accuracy and Tube sheet hole perpendicularity to process plates of thickness about 200mm for A1,A2,D1,D2 pressure vessels of different materials including SS, Titanium Alloy, Clad Plate, Copper Alloy Plate etc.
