Ceramic coated treatment increases lance life beyond that of conventional refractory coated pipe method. In this treatment both inner and outer surface of steel pipes are coated with different layers under high temperature. It will be start with preparing the surface of steel pipe and then coating by refractory materials. In this innovation we increase the life of Oxygen lance pipe.

The average life of Ceramic coated lance pipe is 2-3 times more than the conventional refractory coated pipe. Ceramic coated pipes are used in area requiring high temperature and Corrosive application as follows:

Injecting carbon and other powders in to the electric furnace and ladle.
