Product description
Silioilzy 2301 is a 35% cationic emulsion of an amine-functional silicone polymer. This siloxane polymer cationic emulsion is specially designed for hair care agent, providing lasting flushing smooth feel for hair and short time-cost on combing wet hair. It is easy to add into formulations and dilute with water.
