Cast iron hot-working plate

The cast iron hot-working plate is manufactured according to JB/T7974-1999 standard. Upon request, it can be made in to the rib plate or box type in appearance. The working surface has been treated with the scraping technology, which allows it to have V slot, T slot, U slot, dovetail slot, round hole, slot hole, or others that you required. The raw material of the cast iron hot-working plate is the high-strength cast iron HT200-300, QT400-600, ZG15-45.

This kind of plates is mainly use for carry and fastening the surface of work piece which in line-heating processing. Such as, hull steel plate and steel parts. Because of special material, it can bear high impact force and pressure. What’s more, it could fully bear the striking force of hot-working hammer.

There are no defects (such as air holes, sand holes and any others to affect the usages) on the working surface.

The size range is from 100mm*100mm to 3000mm*8000mm. For the larger one, it can be used by the splicing method. In our factory, we also can make the special sized product according to your requirement.
