CR2000 Common Rail （Pump and injector ）Tester

CR2000 include four parts:
1. PUMP-CR2000---------CR pump tester simulator (It is used to test these pump:
BOSCH CP1， BOSCH CP2，BOSCH CP3，DELPHI， SIEMENS, DENSO HP2 AND HP3).
2. EM-CR2000-----------CR electromagnetic injector tester simulator 6 cylinders (It can be used to test electromagnetic injector, 6 pcs injector at the same time. For BOSCH, DENSO, DELPHI injector)
3. PE-CR2000-----------CR piezoelectric injector tester simulator---6cyinders (It can be used to test piezo injector, 6 pcs at the same time. For SIEMENS injector)
4. ACCESSORIES ------CR2000 accessories (rail, pressure sensor, oil pipe, coupling and so on)
Product Functions
The function of the tester for CR high pressure pumps is to provide the desired signal to drive the solenoid in the pump being tested. CR2000 common rail Tester can used for testing following pumps:
BOSCH CP1-H， BOSCH CP1-K，BOSCH CP3，
DELPHI， SIEMENS, DENSO HP2 AND HP3.
It has the functions to test the Electromagnetic and Piezoelectric injectors.
It also can test 6 common rail injectors in one time.
Design Features
Modulated driving signal to ensure the safety of the solenoid of the CR pump
Adjustable duty cycle for the driving signal
Short circuit protection for the output circuitry of the solenoid driving signal
Measure and LCD display rail pressure
The tester model for Denso U2 pump inputs and processes the signal from pump speed sensor on the U2 pump, and ensure the driving signal synchronous with pump speed.
