The core rubber has enough diffusion space for each wire in strand, the bonding strength of the rubber and steel cable is very high, it is rust and corrosion resistance, it relieves the mutual shearing and torsion of the wires in strands, it has high dynamic fatigue resistance, and the product has a long working life.

Structure
It uses the new type steel cord as the tear resistant element. Between the steel cord conveyor belts’ core rubber and bottom cover, build in the phase shift sensor(coil) at a certain distance lengthways.

1. It gives out an alarm and stops running automatically whenever a tearing of the belt is detected.
2. Alarm and stops running automatically whenever the belt runs abnormally and reaches the preset off speed.
