Heat resistant conveyor belt mainly used for conveying high temperature materials, such as sinter, hot coke, cement clinker, hot castings.

According to the performance of heat damage and loss transport capacity and different heat-resistant level, respectively using EPDM or styrene-butadiene rubber as covering rubber; high strength and high permeability polyester canvas or cotton canvas as strong layer.

In order to improve the service life of heat-resistant belt, can laying heat-resistant glass cloth between the covering and skeleton layer.
Can made into endless belt according to customer requirements.


Note:
T1:Could be able to bear not more than 100℃ test temperature.
T2:Could be able to bear not more than 125℃ test temperature.
T3:Could be able to bear not more than 150℃ test temperature.
T4:Could be able to bear not more than 175℃ test temperature.
