1.The principle part of QC12K series NC hydraulic pendulum plate shear is composed by machine frame, knife beam, material pressing device, safety device, front feeding device, front supporting device, ruler, back gauge, step-less regulation device, hydraulic system and electric equipment system. And the machine frame is composed by worktable, life and right posts, oil tank and so on. The total frame is distributed reasonably.

2.Both the machine frame and knife beam of QC12K series NC hydraulic pendulum plate shear adopt armor plate welding structure. The primary holes and combined sides adopt large-sized metal cutting machine tool and perfect technique to guarantee precision. The hydraulic transmission, pendulum structure and NC control can meet various processing requirements for feeding and cutting.

3.Q12K series NC pendulum plate shear adopts nitrogen lifting cylinder. The pressure foot is clamped with hydraulic pressure. The safety device before pressure foot is easy for viewing the process of cutting.

4.The knife beam and pressure foot of QC12K series hydraulic pendulum plate shear acts in order, and the pressing force is increased along with the increasing of cutting force.
It has the functions of step-less regulation between blades for getting needed clearance conveniently and quickly.

5.Particular pre-pressed light is convenient for pressing, alignment and cutting in steps.

6.The high-quality narrow long plate can be cut into strips less than the thickness of plate, which saves much material.

7.The back gauge lifts up automatically at the maximum distance for cutting super long plate conveniently.
