CNC Foam Cutting Machine Features:
1, Designed with high Z axis to meet mould making requirement.
2, Fast and precise with servo motors, quiet operation. This is a closed loop servo driven system. It is an AC drive which is a higher performing and zero maintenance system. Further the motors are very smooth running and have very good acceleration and deceleration characteristics.
3, Frame is supported by adjustable leveling feet to adjust the level.
4, The beam is internally ribbed in order to stiffen the assembly and reduce vibration.
5, CNC foam mould machine each axis of motion is supported on high precision linear guide ways. High quality linear guides allow for higher feed speeds and a better quality of cut.
6, All the linear guides are centrally lubricated from a central system.
7, The foam cnc machine X and Y axis motion is via a rack and pinion drive, which is hardened for extremely long life and ground for a very good accuracy; The Z axis is driven by a hardened imported rolling antibacklash ball screw.
8, The Y-axis uses a dual drive, one for each side of the gantry.
9, The foam cnc cutter Z-axis has a dual pneumatic counter-balance cylinder to allow very fast and accurate Z-axis positioning.
