2. Design Instruction:

1.The cigarette rod is loaded to the tray, and then a whole board is put into the fixture slot of the oil injection machine, and the oil injection machine automatically injects oil.

2.The X, Y, Z axis mobile module moves back and forth, and the double needle head automatically injects oil to ensure the oil injection accuracy;

3.The e-liquid is refueled in three stages to ensure a constant temperature of about 45«C, the pipeline is short, easy to clean, and convenient to change flavors.

4.The finished electronic cigarette after oil injection is manually removed and replaced with another semi-finished product.

5.Safe and easy to operate, easy to maintain and maintain.

3. Inprocess follow:

1.1 Manually placing the cigarette rods on the tray;

1.2 The entire tray with semi-finished cigarette rods placed on the fixture base above the oiler;

1.3 After setting the parameters of the oil injection machine, the X, Y and Z axes start to move;

1.4 Double needle oil filling mechanism for oil filling;

1.5 A whole set of cigarette rods are filled with oil;

1.6 After oiling the finished product, remove it manually and replace it with another plate of semi-finished products.
