Description
GALX-9557 is a liquid alkyl dialkyl (octylated/butylated) diphenylamine high-temperature AO antioxidant, which is suitable for lubricating oils with high-temperature oxidation resistance, GALX-9557 has good high-temperature antioxidation, which is equivalent to imported IRGANOX L57.

Applications and Recommended Dosage
Industrial lubricants of mineral base oils: 0.1-0.5%
Synthetic industrial lubricants:0.3-1%
Engine oils: 0.3-1%
It can also be used in rubber products to work as thermal antioxidant and anti-aging

Storage
Please refer to SH/T0164, for transportation, storage and oil blending. Keep the temperature not higher than 75℃. For long-term storage the suggested temperature is lower than45℃. The dry, clean and ventilating warehouse is recommended.

Product introduction
GALX-9558 is a Phenol ester type of compound, which is an excellent antioxidant for lubricating oils.It can inhibit the generation of carbon deposits in the upper pistons, especially in the first and second ring grooves of heavy duty diesel engines.

Good solubility in mineral ester base oils

Application
Used for preparing medium and high grade internal combustion engine oils, recommended dosage: 0.2-0.8%
Use for preparing steam turbine oils, air compressor oils, metal working fluids and anti-wear hydraulic oils, recommended dosage: 0.1-0.15%
Use for preparing grease, recommended dosage: 0.1-0.8%
