This kind of vertical lathe has a high cost performance,excellent quality and reasonable price.
The VTL machine use hanging button station,both the electric box and the lathe bed were designed integrated,and also adopt quench crossbeam,quench T type ram(can select square ram) with guide rail model pasted.
The lathe was equipped with level 16 mechanical speed changing,pentagon knife table or square knife table,uses Simens 802C system(can equipped other selected system).The lathe's crossbeam is defended closed,each lubrication part can lubrication automatic.
Both the VTL machine design and manufacture are strictly according to JB/T9934.1-1999 CNC vertical lathe accuracy test standard and JB/T9934.2-1999 CNC vertical lathe technical conditions.
