Bull Head Tubular Strander

The machine is specialized in making ACSR and insulated wire stranding,
with 12+1 and 18+1 two types. It is applied to produce strand with wires up from 19 to 37 pieces.
Change central strand payoff from payoff stand at the beginning of the line to the big cradle at the end of the rotor.
Central strand payoff distance is shorter and not through the main rotor. In the way there is less scratch and no twist
to the central strand.The central wire is paid off from the end of the rotor, making less capacity of rotor and more stable running of rotor.
All the other wires except the central strand are going along the rotating bows at the end of rotor to the closing die.
All wires are distributed smoothly and evenly around the central strand. Final strand quality is greatly improved. The
machine is specially designed for high end cable products production.
