Bridge-type grab ship unloader is mainly composed of grab trolley,steel structure,supporting institution,the cantilever luffing mechanism,wire rope guide system,mobile cab,hopper and unloading equipment,dust removal system,electrical and control equipment parts.Trolley running on the main beam and cantilever rack,put grab into the cabin to grab materials,and then material be discharged into hopper,by truck,portable belt conveyor,discharged to the dock.Grabs support and open/close mechanism,trolley driving mechanism be operated by two sets of differential gear speed reducer installed in the equipment room.It’s compact structure,small volume,high efficiency.
