Hydraulic Breaking Unit is an important equipment to makeup or breakout of thread connections on drilling tools, tubular, and relative other drilling equipments. It is also called make up or break out machine, Casing and tubing coupling bucking unit, break out machine.

Introduction:
Hydraulic bucking unit consist of a standard length bed, standalone control console and two extension beams on either side with support trolleys and push/pull unit mounted. The tail stock is driven through a gearbox / motor with a sprocket / chain arrangement through the length of the bed. The tail stock has a heavy duty spinner mounted on it with and option of transferring the spinner to the head stock.

The break out unit has flexibility for use on equipment which allows the operator to apply a precise amount of torque that can be accurately read on the analogue gauge as well as the digital torque logger. The clamping force is proportional to the diameter and applied uniformly thereby the clamped part is unharmed, the line true and the connections protected.

Hydraulic Breaking Unit adopts international advanced multi-cylinder radial synchronous hydraulic clamping way. Clamping force is evenly distributed, work piece is clamped firmly, and clamping diameter is easy to adjust. Suspension type fast spinner device is adopted to eliminate spinner vibration and greatly improved the spinner speed. Axial drawing device is adopted to provide adjustable axial drawing force. Hydraulic concentrated operations console is adopted, pressure and torque can be read directly, spinner, clamping and moving could be easily executed.
