Gas applicable
YQ: non-corrosive such as H2、O2、N2、CO、CH4、He、Ne、Ar and etc.

Stability:
Within the range of 5-15 MPa for air supply, outlet pressure variation less than 7*10-4MPa once inlet pressure changes 1Mpa.

Flow characteristic:
When inlet pressure more than 2Mpa,control flow rate changes within rated range,output pressure changes not more than ±6% of upper limit of output pressure gauge measuring range.
