1, Bonded NdFeB Magnet is manufactured by binding rapid-quenching NdFeB powders. 2, The rapid-quenching NdFeB powders is mixed with plastic resin to form a magnet by compression molding with epoxy and infection molding with nylon. 3, The injection molding has a particularly useful feature in lardge-quantity. 4, The injection molding's magnets values are lower than the compression molding because of their relative low density. 5, The shapes of high dimensional accuracy can be produced without sacondary processing.
