Black Iron Wire

Black wire includes cold drawing wire, annealed wire and black oiled wire. All of them use the high quality wire rod which diameter is 6.5mm as raw material.
Cold drawing wire is produced through wire-drawing
Annealed wire is though wire-drawing and anneal to finish.
Black oiled wire is formed via the processes:wire-drawing, anneal, and fuel oil injection.
Usage:Mainly used as tie wire or binding wire in construction. wire mesh production and civilian industry product production. Black iron wire, also called black wire or Annealed Wire, soft annealed wire, annealed iron wire or just annealed steel wire comes in the form of coil wire or cut wire. We can produce two kinds of black iron wire, one is hard drawn wire, another is soft annealed wire. Soft annealed wire offers excellent flexibility and softness through the process of oxygen free annealing.
