Biobond transglutaminase

Since last December, Ajinomoto has been losing monopoly power on TG patent due to expiry date all over the world, first Europe, then Japan, and the next being America. Just at this time, we released our Biobond Transglutaminase after 10 years' research and development, which is the brand name of transglutaminase preparations. Owning to low-cost production, competitive price, stable quality and big potential as a new high-tech enterprise, Ajinomoto visited us and expressed their intention of entrusting us with ODM products of TGase (http://www.kinfi.com/en/news/59.html).

First, we provide test samples to see if Biobond TG could be equivalents to Activa TG. The biggest meat manufacturer in Brazil ¦CSadia has done trials with TG from different suppliers, and only Ajinomoto and Kinryý­s TG bind two pieces of meat successfully.I believe good effect of Biobond TG and your sincere cooperation intention will lead to further communication between us.

Application
Biobond TG is enzyme preparation. It has a wide application in most foods which contain protein, such as sausages, ham, meat, beef, poultry, fish, dairy, bakery, soya, cereal products.
