Lactic acid bacteria manufactured using Membrane cell recycler bio-reactor fermentation.
The Membrane technology continuously remove the Organic Acid, Acetic Acid, Peroxide which is being produced by the Lactic Acid Bacteria during the cultivation. As a result of this MCR method, the bacteria is grown more healthier because they were grown in much more pleasant environment. Therefore, bacteria has more stability and acid tolerance.
