1. Module is made from 4135 alloy steel with strict forging and heat treatment process.
2. Mud pump fluid end parts offer full lines of Cylinder Head, Valve Lock Cover, Cylinder Head Threaded Ring, Cylinder head Plug, Valve Cover Plug, Upper Valve Guide, Lower Valve Guide, Liner Threaded Ring, Liner Lock, Wear Plate and much more.
3. Three types of Liner:High chrome sleeve/single shell/zirconia ceremic liner.
4.Pony rod and piston rod is made of premium quality,heat treated alloy steel.
5.Valve and seat assembly are made of forged alloy steel with deep carburized wear surface. We offer a full range of valves and seats which include full open valve and seat, 3 web / 4 web design valve and seat .
