Working Principle

The internal structure of the bellows seal steam trap is mainly a stainless steel bellows seal pipe for movement part, inside it is one kind of liquid whose boiloff temperature is lower than the water saturation temperature. When the equipment start, the pipeline appears the cooling condensing water, the liquid inside the bellows seal pipe is at the condensation condition, the valve core in opens position with the spring tension. When the temperature of the condensate water raise gradually, the fluid inside the bellows seal pipe starts to evaporation and inflation. The inner pressure increased .Then it is distorted with elongates to drive the valve core to the closure traverse before the condensating water reaches the saturation temperature, the trap will shut down completely. In the foreside of the valve, it has the high temperature coagulation water throughout, without any steam to divulge, the energy-saving effect is good.
