Product Description
Carboxypeptidase Y (CPY) catalyzes the following reaction: Peptidyl-L-amino acid + H2O ------> Peptide + L-amino acid.It is prepared according to the method of Moore & Stein (J. Biol Chem, 211, 907, 1954).
