BG Series Combined Chipping and Hammer Mill Solution

For efficient processing of large volumes of wood to a suitable particle size for briquette or pellet production, there is the combined BG Series Chipping and Hammer Mill Solution. A comparable productivity output BG Series Chipper is matched with a SP Series Hammer Mill.

The process starts with the wood entering the chipper, the chips are then lifted up to the storage hopper. A variable speed auger then feeds the hammer mill at a consistent rate. The finished particles are then lifted from the base of the hammer mill, via a fan to the cyclone separator. A rotary valve then releases the particles for possible drying and pellet/briquette production.
