Product features: 1 the cleaning device is mainly composed of a through cleaning body, moving mechanical transmission device, the tank, pipeline, drying part,exhaust system, electronic control system components;materials are treated form left side to right side. The workpiece is fed by the workers on the left side and blanked on the right side after being cleaned.
2 all cables in corrosion cavity are protected with PE pipe from corrosion
Remarks: 1.the machine is equipped with two mechanical arms which are in smooth control mode. the basket will not sway because of the high precision positioning of mechanical arms;
2.only two carrier will be catched each time. the hook and mechanical arms are connected with screw thread for convenient adjustment; the total enhance weight is less than 30KG;
