Introduction
Automatic pouring and mixing machine is main equipment in aerated concrete block production line. It is key to caste and pour in the process of aerated concrete block production. When the proportional materials are poured into the tank, it can mix uniformly them so as to achieve adequate reaction, and pour the mixed slurry into the mold frame. The pouring and mixing machine of Dearye Heavy adopts screwed advancement for mixing, which will form strong air steam inside the tank to destroy the envelope of quick line so as to achieve adequate mixture. Meanwhile, the lifting casting arm can go with the casting operation in order to prevent splash.
According to the process requirements, the machine has two types: fixed (floor and suspended) and movable so as to meet the demands of clients.
