Automatic Powder Filling Machine - Model KR/FAAF/2000 is a fully automatic Powder filling and packing machine line, most suitable for filling of almost all types of dry powders like Flour, Powdered Energy supplements, Milk powder, Powdered juices, Powdered spices, Talcum powder, Pharmaceutical powders, Chemical powders, etc in solid containers in different weight ranges, up to 2.5 kg.

It is a modular assembly and consisting of:
A Rotary turn-table with adjustable guides to orient the bottles placed manually and feed them to the subsequent conveyor.
Bottle conveyor with slat chain/belt depending upon requirement, convey the bottles to the filling stations.
Filling Indexing Station : The bottle is indexed under the filling nozzle/spout by means of pneumatic/mechanical stoppers.
Powder filling system : The machine operates on the principle of Positive Displacement Screw operating under constant head. The precisely designed Auger displaces the product through funnel into the pouch/ container held under the funnel. The filling cycle is controlled by an electromagnetic Clutch/Brake unit & Photoelectric sensor or through a Servo Motor (optional)
Stirrer: A continuously rotating stirrer in the product hopper ensures easy flowability of the product.
Storage Silo with suitable Inclined Screw Feeder (optional) to feed powder to the machine hopper at controlled rate.
Off-take conveyor (optional) conveys the filled bottles to capping stations.
Capping machine (optional) : The selection of capping machine depends upon type of cap, and mode of fitting.
All product contact parts are in Stainless Steel 304 grade ( S.S. 316 on request)
The Auger Screw can be controlled through a Servo motor or through a clutch brake system (optional)
Accuracy: up to +/- 1%
Production speed: Depends on the characteristics of the powder and the weight to be filled.
