The feeding of product,of plastic film,longitudinal sealing device,Transverasl seal device and pack discharge device are all driven by a servo-motor,which simplified mechanical driving system,no speed-variator,speed deferential gear box,or tracking motor that are common to traditional machines.The operation of the wrapping machine is more stable and reliable;tremendously reduces mechanical noise and fault rate.Tracking motor is more accurate stability. All settings are made through keys and through interactive message on screen.Drawing out relevant data from memory and put them into the board,and the machine will operate according to these data.The operation and maintenance becomes simpler,so the skill requirement to the operator is reduced. The machine has supervision function.Any fault during operation will be self-diagnosed,finding out the causes(s)and showing how to shoot the fault(s).
